(1) From the date of the final acceptance of the machine tool, Party B will implement three guarantees for the product, and the warranty period is 12 months. During the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge.

In particular: 15 months after the arrival of the machine tool to Party A, if the installation and commissioning is not carried out due to Party A's reasons, the warranty period will expire, and Party B will no longer provide free installation, commissioning and maintenance.

(2) During the warranty period, if it is verified that it is caused by the user: loading and unloading, transportation, long storage time, causing mechanical appearance or internal damage; improper operation, self-disassembly and modification caused by man-made damage, it is not covered by the above free warranty. The user must pay for all repairs and renovations.
Note: The damage to the equipment caused by natural disasters is not covered by our company's warranty. For example: lightning strikes, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc., as well as relocation, secondary training, etc.
(3) If the machine tool fails, after obtaining the user information, if the cause of the failure and the treatment measures can be accurately judged, a reply will be given immediately. If the reply cannot be made immediately, a reply will be made within 24 hours, and personnel will be sent to the scene to deal with it as soon as possible. The specific time depends on The length of the part preparation time.
(4) After the warranty period expires, our company will continue to provide maintenance services for users, and charge parts costs and service fees according to our company's charging standards.
(5) After passing the acceptance inspection, if the buyer fails to perform according to the contract, the seller has the right to stop the after-sales service.
(6) Before the buyer pays the full amount, the ownership of the machine belongs to the seller.
